I am incredibly fortunate to be able to stay home with my super cute (almost) one year old boy. It has taken me quite some time to come to this decision point. I suppose I would classify myself as that "other" type of mom (or maybe I'm like most moms and we just don't talk about it?). Up until recently, I found Tristan boring saaay what?. Especially when he was a newborn. I couldn't understand why parents were sooooooooo in love with their children, watching their every move, counting their every breath. But, I must say, now that he's excited to see me and has his own personality, I think he's pretty cool. Recently, we even went on a crazy trip across the country (thank you Army) just the two of us (and Buttons) in the car the whoooole way while the hubs towed the U-haul in his own car.
