lists lists lists!

Hello friends!

It has been quite some time since I've last posted. Okay, let's be real, a year (okay, more than a year) is like a lifetime in the world of technology. Since my last post, John has come home from Afghanistan. We've purchased a complete fixer upper -- who ever thought (okay, her name was Mrs. Murphy... the one and only previous owner to our 70s loveshack, as I call it) mustard yellow shag carpeting was a good interior decorating move, was sadly mistaken! .. and I've become a M-O-M.

With the complete renovation of our home, becoming a mom, & oh yea, being a military spouse, I have realized that lists are my friend. I write all kinds of lists -- house projects I want to do, pinterest ideas I want to try, grocery lists, lists for my (almost) weekly visit to Home Depot etc.. <-- see right there, another list! I can't help it. Lists are everywhere!

I'm not quite sure exactly what this blog will turn into, but for now, it is a great outlet to share the Loveshack's jump into the 21 century (hopefully BEFORE we PCS to who knows where) while being a stay-at-home mama. 

So enjoy the read, I'll post some pictures later of the projects that have been completed.. I hope there are a few before's to really show off the hard work that has been done  -- but this step, is something I'm realizing I haven't always been good at.
